Welcome!

Welcome to the start of a journey. A journey that isn't defined by a set destination, but by the conviction that well informed actions can lead us closer to a richer existence, just as easily as ill informed actions can lead us towards a less fulfilling existence. at the core, to move closer towards a richer existence, our narratives perspectives and ways of seeing the world and interacting with it will define how we act and engage in the world.

How could it be, if we could continue to explore, refine and build our understanding of our own narrative, to take steps in more positive directions? How can we do this? How do we allow ourselves to become less influenced by unhealthy or unhelpful thoughts, narratives and patterns, to be freer to make more informed choice for ourselves those around us, for humanity and the world?

I wish I knew the answer to that. Alas, I don't, and I'm not sure anyone truly claim knowledge of 'absolute truth'. But maybe, by sharing our thoughts, our insights and ideas. By being transparent (in whatever way that is accessible), we can move closer to understanding, through our collective enrichment. It doesn't mean having a uniformity of thought, but practicing the art of sharing, generously listening and reflecting on others contributions, I believe we can enrich our own thoughts, ideas and perspectives. That's what this adventure is all about. Sharing. Expressing. Opening up possibilities of ideas, reflection. With the aim of delving deeper to enrich our own perspectives. And learning how to do this generously, with humility and love, with the aim of collective enrichment and empowerment. Starting with ourselves, and flowing like an unstoppable river, flowing to others, through humanity, into the world. dreams are not finite, nor are they always concrete. Yet they have a power, and that power emerges through action, by connecting, by sharing and exploring how they can evolve. That is this journey. I am not the master of this journey, it may be uncomfortable at times, it may evolve in unexpected ways, yet that in itself may eb more informative than following the expected path. Growth is not always pleasant. Yet growth can be so very rewarding. I wager it is worth the effort. I humbly invite you to join in this journey. One mind alone is trapped in its own limitation. collective of minds and heart can offer unseen strengths, and compliment our limitations.

So what is this journey, and where did it come from?

It comes from a deep recognition of the importance of sharing thoughts and ideas. Ideas that wonder about the narrative we live by, the way that our society is constructed, how we think and how we interact with this world.

From a conviction that our collective thinking can be enriching, that expanding the alternative narratives into a worldview and broader possibilities.

That the narratives we live by, that govern our actions and behaviours can at times be pre-programmed, that we can be conditioned by our experiences, traditions, habits and external expectations.

That exploring the internal motivations and narratives we hold onto, we can potentially find better ways to move forward, better ways to take actions that are more aligned to our true nature and humanity, and that collectively, if this is possible, then in our own small way, through little moments, maybe we can make the world a better place.

That collectively, we can support each other. That we can find a way to enrich others around us, and through that enrichment, we all grow and move closer towards a richer existence.

It stems for tears and concern. Concern for our world, our future, the future of humanity and where we are headed.

It stems from curiosity, hope and amazement at the beauty that can be humanity. I want to explore this, with others, and explore the diversity of ideas that exist. Often locked away in our minds, unshared, yet so powerful. And if we can share these ideas with each other, maybe there are some gems that truly connect with others, that give some insight that is worthwhile.

That said, we won’t always agree. I don’t believe any of us hold the absolute truth. Yet we have a sense of ‘truth’, base don our experiences and insights collected from what we have learnt, seen and experienced, and tempered by the conditioning that happens naturally through collective existence, swayed by our inner needs, fears, hopes, dreams and interconnected influences. I’m not sure we can find the ‘truth’, yet I do believe that by sharing our insights, we can move forward in understanding. Maybe this is not a destination of absolute knowledge, but more stepping stones towards a deeper awareness. And from this, I wonder what we are capable of doing. Can our actions be more honest and guided as we build our awareness of ourselves and others? What re we capable of? I don’t proclaim to know, but I am curious.

Now for the nitty gritty. Sharing requires being vulnerable. Vulnerability needs to be supported with generosity. Listening requires we be open to ideas. And truly hearing the message of others takes patience, reflection and a willingness to let go of preconceived ideas. Not to abandon what we think, but being wiling to hold space to the possibility that there may be some insight we can gain from others. Be kind. Listen. Reflect. Share. And all with the aim of learning from each other.

On a technical basis, apologies. Webpages creation is a new domain for me. The techniques of comment sections and functionality is elusive. It will come.
